EarlyJury is a service of Jury Solutions, a full service jury consulting firm. Jury Solutions has done work for corporations of all sizes, including some of the world’s largest, as well as individuals in all different kinds of cases, both civil and criminal.
An EarlyJury survey is an extremely quick and cost-effective way to understand the “jury appeal” of their case. Often times, an EarlyJury will help lead to an early settlement. However, that won’t happen in every case. When the litigation continues, Jury Solutions can continue to support with full range of jury consulting. We can take all the information gained from an Early Jury survey and use it in planning focus groups, mock trials and jury selection.

Carolyn S. Koch, J.D.
Ms. Koch is a trial consultant and the principal of Early Jury. She has more than 14 years experience as a trial consultant, assisting both plaintiff and defense lawyers in jury research and jury selections in all areas of the law, across the country.
Ms. Koch is also an accomplished speaker and has participated in many accredited CLEs as well as addressed lawyers’ groups at local, state, and national levels. She has appeared on national news as a commentator on CNN and Fox.Ms. Koch graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut. She graduated with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. She is admitted to the District of Columbia and Connecticut Bars and is a member of the American Society of Trial Consultants.

Brigid Donohue, J.D.
Ms. Donohue is a bar-admitted attorney and began her work as a litigation consultant in 1992. She has assisted both plaintiff and defense lawyers in a wide variety of cases in numerous jurisdictions.
She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. After a clerkship with Justice David M. Shea of the Connecticut Supreme Court, Ms. Donohue joined the faculty at the University of Connecticut School of Law where she taught trial and appellate advocacy skills, negotiation, mediation, counseling and legal research and writing.
In her consulting practice, Ms. Donohue uses her expertise in written and oral advocacy to assist lawyers in crafting winning arguments and witness examinations, persuasive legal briefs of all types and in developing compelling demonstrative evidence and overall case strategies. She also draws upon a wealth of experience with psychological type theory which she uses to analyze jurors, both in mock jury research projects and at actual voir dire.
